Joint Commissioning Information Pack & Resources
Joint Commissioning is a cross-cutting theme that relates particularly closely to Local Offer and Personal Budgets. Joint Commissioning is a strategic approach to planning and delivering services in a holistic, joined-up way. It is a means for the different partners commissioning education, health and care provision, to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
Version 6 (March 2015) of the Joint Commissioning information pack has been updated to include useful top tips for implementation and draws together a number of helpful resources, case studies and learning from implementation of the SEND reforms to date. Version 3 published in December 2013, version 4 published in April 2014 and version 5 published in October 2014 are also available.
